Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Golden brown syrup
  • 4 ounce Self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger Good healthy pinch grnd cinnamon Good healthy pinch bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 tsp Sugar Blanched almonds, (halved)

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and syrup and add in to dry ingredients. Form into small balls and place on well greased baking trays, not too close together. Flatten slightly and place halved blanched almond on each. Bake 350 F. 15 min.
  2. Check for they finish quite quickly. Do not over bake.
  3. Serves 4 to 6
