Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt dry peaches (8 oz) coarsely minced
  • 1 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. golden brown raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. peeled chopped gingerroot
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; stir well, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 45 min or possibly till thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and let cold; store in airtight container in refrigerator up to a week. Serve with pork or possibly poultry.
  2. Yield: 2 1/4 c. (about 20 calories per Tbsp.).
