Receta Ginger Peach Chutney

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt dry peaches (8 oz) coarsely minced
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. golden brown raisins
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. peeled chopped gingerroot
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; stir well, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 45 min or possibly till thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and let cold; store in airtight container in refrigerator up to a week. Serve with pork or possibly poultry.
- Yield: 2 1/4 c. (about 20 calories per Tbsp.).
