Receta Ginger Scallion Rice

- Stir fry the onions, green onion, garlic, and ginger in the extra virgin olive oil or possibly very little broth. When they're soft, add in the rice and fry for a minute till it starts to brown. Add in the water and salt. Bring slowly to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 30 min or possibly till done. When rice is done, add in the peanuts, green onions, and peas. Stir and serve.
