Ginger Scallop Stir Fry

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 25 gm Butter, (1oz)
  • 2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 250 gm Scallops, (8oz)
  • 6 x Salad onions, diagonally sliced
  • 1/2 x Red pepper, de-seeded and diced
  • 75 gm Button mushrooms, sliced (3oz) Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Cornflour blended with 2 Tbsp. cool water

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan or possibly wok.
  2. Add in the ginger, garlic, scallops, onions, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add in the seasoning, soy sauce and blended cornflour. Cook for a further 1-2 min, till the sauce is thickened and smooth.
  4. NOTES : Delicious tender scallops with an authentic oriental flavour.
