I for one, am SUPER HAPPY that Celiac Disease was discovered, realized, and documented.

As someone who was sick for years with no answers, I am so happy to KNOW that I have Celiac Disease. Am I happy that I HAVE Celiac Disease? Well, no. Gluten is delicious. But I’m more than happy to be gluten free if it means I’m healthy and feeling like garbage all the time.
