Ingredientes

  • 125 gm tung fun (glass noodles), soak for 15 min. Drain well.
  • 75 gm prawns
  • 75 gm deboned chicken meat, shred
  • 50 gm carrots, shred
  • 50 gm cabbage, shred
  • 1 x egg
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. premium oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
  • 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. MethodHEAT oil in a wok, saute/fry garlic until fragrant. Add in chicken meat and prawns. Stir-fry well.
  2. Add in carrot and cabbage. Stir in seasoning. Add in glass noodles and stir-fry briskly. Push aside all the ingredients, break in the egg and add in a little oil. Cover the egg with the glass noodles and cook for one to two min.
  3. Dish out and serve immediately.
