Receta Glass Noodles (Fried Tong Fun)

Ingredientes
- 125 gm tung fun (glass noodles), soak for 15 min. Drain well.
- 75 gm prawns
- 75 gm deboned chicken meat, shred
- 50 gm carrots, shred
- 50 gm cabbage, shred
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. premium oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt or possibly to taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
- 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
Direcciones
- MethodHEAT oil in a wok, saute/fry garlic until fragrant. Add in chicken meat and prawns. Stir-fry well.
- Add in carrot and cabbage. Stir in seasoning. Add in glass noodles and stir-fry briskly. Push aside all the ingredients, break in the egg and add in a little oil. Cover the egg with the glass noodles and cook for one to two min.
- Dish out and serve immediately.
