Receta Glazed Carrots

Ingredientes

2 bags (2 lb.) carrots, peeled & diced 1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon nutmeg 3-4 tbsp. orange juice

Direcciones

1. Peel, slice and cook carrots in boiling water till cooked but still hard. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients and cook till warm. Pour over carrots and serve immediately.
