Receta Glazed Cherry Tarts

- Defrost cherries. Bring to boiling point and simmer for 5 min. Drain. Measure juice and sufficient water to make a c. liquid.
- Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch. Add in to cherry juice and cook till thickened. Add in butter.
- Put the liquid removed cherries in the baked tart shells. Add in the warm cherry glaze.
- Refrigeratethoroughly. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 6 tarts.
- NOTE: If cherries are frzn without sugar, use 1 c. sugar. Whipped cream can be substituted for no cholesterol topping and no cholesterol butter for butter.
