Receta Glazed Ham And Squash
Ingredientes
- 1 sm. acorn squash
- 8 ounce. (4) 1/4 inch thick, boneless, fully cooked ham steaks
- 1/4 c. whole cranberry sauce
- Grnd nutmeg
Direcciones
- Cut squash in half lengthwise, throw away seeds. Cut each half crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. Fold ham steaks in half. Arrange slices of squash and folded ham steaks in 1 qt roasting pan.
- Bake uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 40-45 min, or possibly till squash is tender. Drain juices. Top with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 4 servings.
