Glazed Ham Raisin Balls

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound grnd ham
  • 1/2 pound grnd pork
  • 1 c. Raisin Bran flakes
  • 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely minced
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • Dash of crushed thyme
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Mix meat, bran flakes, lowfat milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and thyme and shape into 1 inch balls. Place in a 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch pan and bake uncovered for 30 min at 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, corn syrup and mustard in a small saucepan. Pour over meatballs and bake for 20 more min. Baste a couple of times during baking.
