Receta Glazed Ham Raisin Balls

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd ham
- 1/2 pound grnd pork
- 1 c. Raisin Bran flakes
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon onion, finely minced
- Dash of salt and pepper
- Dash of crushed thyme
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Direcciones
- Mix meat, bran flakes, lowfat milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and thyme and shape into 1 inch balls. Place in a 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch pan and bake uncovered for 30 min at 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, corn syrup and mustard in a small saucepan. Pour over meatballs and bake for 20 more min. Baste a couple of times during baking.
