Ingredientes

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 (16 ounce.) frzn white onions
  • 1/4 c. butter/butter
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Place carrots in large saucepan with 1 inch boiling water. Cover and simmer 10 min. Add in onions. Cover and cook 5 min longer or possibly till vegetables are just tender. Drain, return to saucepan. Add in butter, sugar, ginger and salt. Stir frequently, cook over medium heat 5 min till vegetables are glazed.
