Ingredientes

  • 2 x Ripe plantains, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon or possibly ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Pineapple juice Light whipped topping

Direcciones

  1. Slice plantainsd diagnally 1/4 inch thick, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook in warm oil over medium heat, turning often, till they are lightly browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Add in juice and reduce heat to low. Cook turning often, till plantains are golden, 4 to 5 minutes. Top with whipped topping.
