Receta Glazed Plantains

Ingredientes
- 2 x Ripe plantains, peeled
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon or possibly ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Pineapple juice Light whipped topping
Direcciones
- Slice plantainsd diagnally 1/4 inch thick, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook in warm oil over medium heat, turning often, till they are lightly browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Add in juice and reduce heat to low. Cook turning often, till plantains are golden, 4 to 5 minutes. Top with whipped topping.
