Glen's Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 5 Large eggs, separated
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp, instant coffee
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 ounce. Brandy

Direcciones

  1. Heat chocolate in double boiler (water should be warm, not boiling). Beat egg yolks in separate container. Add in Brandy and coffee. Blend in melted chocolate till smooth. Beat in egg whites and fold into chocolate mix. Gently fold whipped cream into mix. Pour into wine/champagne glasses and chill. Serves approximately 7 people.
