.%20She%E2%80%99s%20one%20of%20the%20few%20people%20that%20religiously%20reads%20my%20blog%20and%20she%20always%20makes%20sure%20to%20point%20out%20when%20I%20misspell%20something.%20It%E2%80%99s%20Mother%E2%80%99s%20Day%20in%20the%20US%20this%20upcoming%20weekend%20and%20I%20have%20a%20wonderful%20weekend%20of%20wine%20tasting%20and%20brunch%20planned%20for%20my%20mama.%20This%20week%20I%20thought%20I%20would%20share%20some%20easy%20and%20delicious%20recipes%20that%20would%20be%20perfect%20for%20a%20Mother%E2%80%99s%20Day%20brunch%20or%20any%20other%20brunch%20events%20you%20have%20on%20the%20horizon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20the%20simplest%20appetizer%20in%20the%20world%20and%20it%E2%80%99s%20pretty%20tasty%20to%20boot!%20You%20really%20don%E2%80%99t%20need%20all%20that%20many%20ingredients%20either.%20Some%20biggish%20mushrooms,%20goat%20cheese,%20garlic,%20herbs,%20breadcrumbs%20and%20a%20food%20processor%20(or%20a%20strong%20mixing%20arm)%20and%20you%20are%20good%20to%20go.%20I%20used%20fresh%20parsley,%20because%20my%20parsley%20plants%20are%20out%20of%20control%20at%20the%20moment,%20but%20you%20can%20definitely%20substitute%20in%20any%20fresh%20herbs%20that%20strike%20your%20fancy%20(basil%20would%20probably%20be%20really%20delicious).%20If%20you%20aren%E2%80%99t%20using%20a%20food%20processor,%20I%20would%20recommend%20letting%20the%20goat%20cheese%20soften%20a%20fair%20bit%20before%20trying%20to%20mix%20it.%20I%20would%20also%20make%20sure%20to%20finely%20chop%20all%20your%20garlic%20and%20herbs%20too.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20recently%20discovered%20some%20new%20to%20me%20gluten%20free%20breadcrumbs%20from%20The%20Fresh%20Market.%20The%20Fresh%20Market%20just%20opened%20a%20new%20store%20in%20my%20town%20and%20it%20is%20wonderful!%20My%20aunt%20on%20the%20east%20coast%20has%20raved%20about%20TFM%20for%20years%20and%20I%20definitely%20see%20why!%20Their%20own%20TFM%20brand%20gluten%20free%20breadcrumbs%20are%20great.%20They%20are%20almost%20like%20panko.%20I%20have%20had%20great%20success%20with%20them%20in%20meatballs%20and%20burgers.%20I%20recently%20tried%20them%20as%20coating/breading%20with%20baked%20chicken%20and%20with%20these%20mushrooms%20and%20have%20been%20really%20happy%20with%20the%20results!%20If%20you%20have%20a%20TFM%20near%20you,%20I%20recommend%20picking%20up%20some%20breadcrumbs!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGluten%20Free%20Goat%20Cheese%20&%20Herb%20Stuffed%20Mushrooms%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20from%20Martha%20Stewart.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstructions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20oven%20to%20400%20degrees.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20food%20processor,%20pulse%20bread%20and%20garlic%20until%20fine%20crumbs%20form;%20set%203%20tablespoons%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20goat%20cheese,%20parsley,%20red-pepper%20flakes%20and%20lemon%20juice%20to%20food%20processor.%20Season%20with%20salt%20and%20pepper,%20and%20pulse%20filling%20until%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpoon%20filling%20into%20each%20mushroom,%20and%20roll%20filled%20side%20in%20reserved%20breadcrumbs.%20Place%20on%20prepared%20baking%20sheet;%20bake%20until%20mushrooms%20are%20tender%20and%20lightly%20browned,%2015%20to%2020%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
