Gnocchi With Mushrooms And Artichokes

Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced Freshly grnd black pepper Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 can (14-ounce) artichoke hearts, liquid removed
  • 1 pkt Gnocchi or possibly any other short noodle
  • 1 1/2 x -(up to)
  • 2 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet, saute/fry mushrooms and garlic in extra virgin olive oil for 15 min.
  2. Add in salt, pepper, parsley and artichokes. Cook 5 min longer to heat artichokes. Cook gnocchi in salted water. Drain but Don't RINSE. Pour gnocchi onto a heated platter, pour mushrooms and artichokes over gnacchi and sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Yield: 6 servings.
