Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup dried chopped mango*
- 4 oz. package Joan of Arc® Goat Cheese with Fig
- Toasted Almonds (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a saucepan and heat gently until heated through and fruit has plumped.
Pour over the cheese and serve with flatbread or crackers.
