20the%20flour,%20cook%20for%20a%20minute,%20then%20stir%20in%20the%20broth%20and%20cream%20stirring%20to%20make%20a%20thin%20sauce.%20Season%20with%20salt%20and%20pepper%20if%20needed%20and%20if%20desired%20stir%20in%20a%20teaspoon%20of%20red%20currant%20jelly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESlice%20pork%20loin%20after%20resting%20for%20about%2015%20minutes%20and%20serve%20with%20a%20good%20spoonful%20of%20sauce%20to%20the%20side.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
