Ingredientes

  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. Lamb marinade
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley

Direcciones

  1. Beat together egg, lamb marinade, cornstarch, salt & Tabasco in top of double boiler; cook, stirring constantly, directly over very low heat till mix thickens & coats a spoon. Remove from heat & place over warm (not boiling) water in lower part of double boiler; cover & keep hot. When ready to serve, stir in parsley.
