Ingredientes
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. Lamb marinade
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
Direcciones
- Beat together egg, lamb marinade, cornstarch, salt & Tabasco in top of double boiler; cook, stirring constantly, directly over very low heat till mix thickens & coats a spoon. Remove from heat & place over warm (not boiling) water in lower part of double boiler; cover & keep hot. When ready to serve, stir in parsley.
