Ingredientes

  • 75 gm butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar (caster)
  • 1 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 c. flour, plain
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. golden brown syrup

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour and baking pwdr together and set aside.
  2. In a mixer, whisk butter with sugar till creamy.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla, then gently mix in sifted flour and lowfat milk.
  4. Place golden brown syrup in a 4-5 c. pudding basin or possibly 4 greased individual moulds and spoon in mix.
  5. Cover with 2 layers of greased greaseproof paper and steam for 30 min. Longer when in one dish.
  6. Serve with custard or possibly cream.
