Ingredientes

  • 8 chicken breast halves, skinned
  • 4 slices aged Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 c. crushed herb flavored croutons

Direcciones

  1. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Place a half slice of cheese on each breast. Mix the soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and wine. Pour this over the cheese and sprinkle the crushed croutons on top. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
