Ingredientes

  • 2 wild duck
  • 1 brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 c. orange or possibly plum jelly
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can orange juice
  • 1 c. apples, cut up
  • 1 c. celery, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cooking bag
  • 1/2 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Parboil ducks till semi tender, using 1 c. celery and salt. Stuff ducks with apples. Place in roasting bag dusted with flour. Mix gravy, add in orange juice, thawed and jelly. Pour over ducks, front side up. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour; open top of bag and brown ducks for 10 min. Use sauce over rice. (I remove skin after ducks are parboiled.)
