Receta Golompki (Cabbage Rolls)

- Wilt cabbage leaves by scalding in boiling water to that 2 Tbsp. vinegar has been added. Drain, cold in cool water and pat dry. Cut out ribs. Saute/fry onion in butter till transparent.
- Combine meat, egg, rice and seasonings. Spread each cabbage leaf with about 2 Tbsp. of mix. Fold 2 opposite sides and roll, starting with one of the open ends. Place in pan close to each other and add in can of diluted tomato soup and 2 Tbsp. butter on top. If desired a more tomato taste, add in 1/2 c. ketchup. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. M-m-good!
