Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Confectioners sugar
  • 2/3 c. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Almond extract
  • 12 ounce Semisweet chocolate pcs
  • 12 ounce Butterscotch flavored pcs
  • 1 lb Minced Spanish peanuts

Direcciones

  1. Combine confectioners sugar, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, vanilla and almond extract in large bowl. Mix thoroughly, using hands to knead. Roll mix between two sheets of plastic wrap to create 13x9 rectangle. Refrigeratein refrigerator. Meanwhile, heat chocolate and butterscotch pcs in top of double boiler over warm water. Stir in peanuts. Spread one half of chocolate mix in buttered 13x9x2 baking pan. Carefully place fondant layer on top. Spread remaining chocolate mix on top. Chill till hard. Remove from refrigerator 10 min before cutting. Cut into bars.
  2. Store in refrigerator.
