%20in%20hot%20and%20cold%20drinks.%20%20It%20has%2015%20calories%20per%20Tbsp%20(table%20sugar%20has%2015%20per%20teaspoon).%20%20You%20can%20also%20use%20it%20in%20baking%20but%20I%20haven%E2%80%99t%20tried%20that%20yet.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20liquid%20is%20sweet%20but%20flavorless%20so%20it%20really%20doesn%E2%80%99t%20alter%20the%20taste%20of%20your%20drink%20%E2%80%93%20unlike%20honey%20and%20agave%20%E2%80%93%20and%20I%20found%20that%20it%20quickly%20dissolved%20completely%20into%20solution%20in%20my%20iced%20coffee.%20%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20typically%20sweeten%20my%20drinks%20but%20when%20I%20do%20I%20would%20definitely%20use%20the%20Dolced%C3%AC%20again%20in%20the%20future.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlong%20with%20my%20sweetened%20coffees%20I%20had%20bars%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20orchard%20apples.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20were%20not%20impressed%20with%20the%20scant%20variety%20available%20for%20apple%20picking%20but%20these%20ended%20up%20being%20some%20of%20the%20best%20apples%20any%20of%20the%20four%20of%20us%20have%20ever%20eaten.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Elunch%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlain%20yogurt%20with%20blueberries%20and%20pomegranate,%20sea%20salt%20caramel%20apple%20granola%20and%20chia%20seeds,%20and%20an%20apple%20on%20the%20side.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlus%20I%20brought%20in%20turtle%20pretzel%20magic%20bars%20for%20my%20coworkers%20and%20I%20totally%20snagged%20one%20for%20after%20lunch.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20other%20days%20I%20stuck%20with%20THIS%20for%20dessert%20%E2%80%93%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOmg.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKodiak%20flapjack%20on%20the%20go%20and%20TJ%E2%80%99s%20freeze-dried%20Fuji%20apple%20slices.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20hated%20the%20pancake%20cup%20%E2%80%93%20it%20was%20like%20choking%20down%20raw%20batter%20%E2%80%93%20but%20those%20apples%20are%20amazing.%20%20I%20shared%20a%20taste%20with%20two%20coworkers%20who%20said%20they%20were%20the%20best%20they%E2%80%99ve%20ever%20had.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlain%20Siggi%E2%80%99s%20with%20blueberries,%20strawberry%20preserves,%20and%20caramel%20apple%20granola%20and%20chia%20seeds.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20caramel%20apple%20chia%20combo%20has%20rocked%20my%20world%20this%20month,%20though%20I%20have%20had%20to%20start%20carrying%20floss%20in%20my%20purse%20to%20deal%20with%20errant%20seeds.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%E2%80%9Cdinner%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinners%20this%20week%20were%20exceedingly%20weak.%20%20Apparently%20our%20busy%20weekend%20of%20walking%20wore%20us%20out%20because%20Adam%20and%20I%20have%20been%20unbelievably%20tired.%20%20Like%20on%20Monday%20we%20got%20into%20bed%20at%207:30%20pm%20tired.%20%20And%20then%20on%20Tuesday%20we%20took%20a%20nap%20before%20bed.%20%20I%20guess%20maybe%20I%20do%20feel%20thirty!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMonday%20I%20ate%20a%20Starbucks%20chicken%20Santa%20Fe%20sandwich%20on%20the%20train.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20good,%20and%20thank%20goodness%20because%20when%20I%20got%20home%20I%20ate%20this%20strawberry%20Cow%20Tail%20under%20the%20covers.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHence%20%E2%80%9Cdinners.%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETuesday%20I%20at%20least%20legitimately%20included%20some%20vegetables%20in%20my%20snack-based%20dinner.%20%20Carrots%20with%20hummus.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESeveral%20rounds%20of%20pretzels%20with%20string%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20roasted%20green%20beans.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20was%20actually%20a%20pretty%20balanced%20meal.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20Wednesday%20I%20cooked%20a%20grown-up%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECan%20you%20call%20heating%20up%20a%20package%20of%20TJ%E2%80%99s%20Palak%20Paneer%20cooking?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20had%20to%20make%20the%20brown%20jasmine%20rice%20and%20roasted%20zucchini%20we%20served%20it%20with%20so%20I%E2%80%99m%20counting%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20a%20dollop%20of%20goat%E2%80%99s%20milk%20yogurt%20on%20top.%20%20And%20my%20final%20La%20Brea%20Bakery%20review*%20on%20the%20side%20%E2%80%93%20flatbread.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20were%20all%20good%20but%20this%20was%20our%20favorite%20bread%20so%20far.%20%20It%20had%20that%20perfect%20naan%20texture,%20fluffy%20yet%20chewy.%20%20And%20the%20flatbread%20includes%20sprouted%20whole%20wheat%20flour%20(along%20with%20white%20flour)%20which%20made%20the%20flavor%20just%20a%20bit%20more%20interesting.%20%20A+.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EP.S.%20Now%20it%E2%80%99s%20October%20it%20is%20finally%20Pumpkin%20Month!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*These%20products%20were%20provided%20to%20me%20free%20of%20charge%20to%20review.%20%20I%20was%20not%20provided%20any%20additional%20compensation%20for%20this%20post.%20%20All%20opinions%20are%20my%20own.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
