Ingredientes

  • 22 x graham cracker
  • 1/4 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted Topping
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 ounce semisweet chocolate, minced
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallow

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Line 8-inch (2 L) square cake pan with foil, leaving 1-inch (2.5 cm) overhang for handles; grease foil.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In food processor, chop crackers into fine crumbs.
  5. Add in syrup and butter; pulse till moistened.
  6. Press into prepared pan; bake for 15 min or possibly till edges are raised and hard to the touch.
  7. Let cold slightly.
  8. Topping:Meanwhile, in heatproof bowl set over warm (not boiling) water, heat butter and 3 1/2 ounces (105 g) of the chocolate.
  9. Stir till blended; let cold to room temperature.
  10. Using electric mixer beat in egg, sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla till blended; stir in flour.
  11. Pour over crumb layer; bake for 20 min or possibly till cake tester inserted in centre of chocolate layer still has moist crumbs clinging to it.
  12. Sprinkle marshmallows proportionately over top; broil for 30 seconds or possibly just till very lightly toasted.
  13. Let cold completely in pan on rack.
  14. Heat remaining chocolate; dip tines of fork into chocolate, then drizzle randomly over marshmallows.
  15. Let stand till chocolate is hard.
  16. Using foil as handles, transfer to cutting board.
  17. Using knife dipped in warm water and wiped dry, cut into squares. (Squares can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days or possibly frzn for up to 2 weeks.)
