Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Walnuts
  • 1 x Shallot, peeled and quartered
  • 4 ounce White Cheddar Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 6 ounce Gorgonzola or possibly blue cheese
  • 4 ounce Light cream cheese, softened, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. In a processor bowl, finely chop walnuts. Set aside. With processor running, add in shallot and chop finely. Add in cheeses and process till crumbly. Add in remaining ingredients, including walnuts. Process till creamy. Serve with crackers or possibly sliced vegetables.
