Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Mild Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Whipping Cream, warmed

Direcciones

  1. Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a healthy pinch of pepper and blend till creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream.
  2. Keep hot.
  3. NOTES : Serve with hot gnocchi.
