Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Mild Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1/4 c. Whipping Cream, warmed
Direcciones
- Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a healthy pinch of pepper and blend till creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream.
- Keep hot.
- NOTES : Serve with hot gnocchi.
