Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sliced mushrooms fresh, or possibly canned, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/3 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 3/4 c. Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or possibly old-fashioned)
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk

  1. For filling, lightly brown mushrooms and onion in butter in medium-sized skillet. Remove from heat; stir in lowfat sour cream.
  2. For meat loaf, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Place half of meat mix in shallow baking pan. Shape to create an oval base. Lengthwise down the center make a shallow "well" for the filling. Spoon filling into

  4. Shape remaining meat mix over filling, making sure all filling is covered. Seal bottom and top meat mixtures together. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 1 hour. Let stand 5 min before slicing.
