Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sliced mushrooms fresh, or possibly canned, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/3 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 3/4 c. Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or possibly old-fashioned)
- 1 x Egg
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- For filling, lightly brown mushrooms and onion in butter in medium-sized skillet. Remove from heat; stir in lowfat sour cream.
- For meat loaf, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Place half of meat mix in shallow baking pan. Shape to create an oval base. Lengthwise down the center make a shallow "well" for the filling. Spoon filling into
- "well".
- Shape remaining meat mix over filling, making sure all filling is covered. Seal bottom and top meat mixtures together. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 1 hour. Let stand 5 min before slicing.
