Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 c. Coconut
  • 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 stk butter
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1/2 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 2/3 stk butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine nuts, coconut, graham cracker crumbs & set aside. In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter, egg, salt & evaporated lowfat milk. Mix till smooth. Place over low heat & bring to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon as it boils, take from heat & add in the mix you set aside. Add in 1 tsp. vanilla. Place graham crackers side by side on bottom of cookie sheet & pour filling over crackers. Place another layer of crackers on top of filling. Heat 2/3 stick butter, add in powdered sugar, vanilla & sufficient lowfat milk to make it spreading consistency & spread on top of last layer of crackers.
