Receta Graham Cracker Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 stk butter
- 1 x Egg
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/2 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Powdered sugar
- 2/3 stk butter, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine nuts, coconut, graham cracker crumbs & set aside. In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter, egg, salt & evaporated lowfat milk. Mix till smooth. Place over low heat & bring to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon as it boils, take from heat & add in the mix you set aside. Add in 1 tsp. vanilla. Place graham crackers side by side on bottom of cookie sheet & pour filling over crackers. Place another layer of crackers on top of filling. Heat 2/3 stick butter, add in powdered sugar, vanilla & sufficient lowfat milk to make it spreading consistency & spread on top of last layer of crackers.
