Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. Graham flour
  • 1 x Egg, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour once, measure, add in salt, baking pwdr and sugar, sift again.
  2. Add in Graham flour.
  3. Combine egg and lowfat milk and add in to flour mix gradually.
  4. Add in butter, beating well.
  5. Bake in greased muffin pans in moderate oven (375 degrees) 25 to 30 min,
  6. Makes 18 muffins.
