Ingredientes
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. Graham flour
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Sift flour once, measure, add in salt, baking pwdr and sugar, sift again.
- Add in Graham flour.
- Combine egg and lowfat milk and add in to flour mix gradually.
- Add in butter, beating well.
- Bake in greased muffin pans in moderate oven (375 degrees) 25 to 30 min,
- Makes 18 muffins.
