Receta Grammie's Steamed Shrimp

- Wash and drain shrimp. Season with Tony's seasoning. Mix minced ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Into a large pot put a layer of liquid removed seasoned shrimp. Cover with a layer of minced ingredients. Add in layer of shrimp and follow with minced ingredients. Continue layering as above. Do No Add in Water!
- Cover and cook over medium heat till shrimp turns pink. Simmer for approximately 1/2 hour. Turn off heat and allow shrimp to absorb seasonings. The shrimp makes its own juice.
- Note: The longer the shrimp are allowed to set, the better they taste.
- Suggestions: Serve warm with potato salad, green salad and garlic bread.
- Note: Steamed shrimp are also delicious served chilled.
