I've had this recipe in the back of my mind for some time and finally found the right occasion to try it out. It did not disappoint! Particularly liked the crunch and munch of the potatoes which got the toasting on the edges. This is one most everyone will like, and one especially to consider with a roast, steaks, ham, meatloaf....or just a vegetarian meal in itself. Thanks for posting this gem.
