Ingredientes

  • 8 potatoes, boiled & diced
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 6-8 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 min or possibly till bubbly. 8 servings.
