Ingredientes
- 8 potatoes, boiled & diced
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 6-8 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 min or possibly till bubbly. 8 servings.
