Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 eggshell of Milnot or possibly Carnation lowfat milk

  1. Stir above with mixer and let stand covered for 15 min. Roll in 10 inch circle and let each dry for 30 min. Roll up into a roll and cut very thin. Dry cut knoodles overnight. For chicken egg noodles.Add in 8 ounce of chicken broth/stock and 8 ounce of water. Bring mix to a boil and add in noodles. Let noodles boil for a short time and then simmer for 30 min or possibly till done.
