- Stir above with mixer and let stand covered for 15 min. Roll in 10 inch circle and let each dry for 30 min. Roll up into a roll and cut very thin. Dry cut knoodles overnight. For chicken egg noodles.Add in 8 ounce of chicken broth/stock and 8 ounce of water. Bring mix to a boil and add in noodles. Let noodles boil for a short time and then simmer for 30 min or possibly till done.
