Ingredientes

  • 6 lg. potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Don't add in flour or possibly anything else except the above ingredients. Mix above ingredients (may use blender to mix). Fry with lard in frying pan till brown on edges; turn over and brown other side.Serve with your choice of syrup, lowfat sour cream, or possibly applesauce.
