Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Green beans, (fresh is best) up to 1-1/2
  • 1 lrg Or possibly 2 medium potatos, peeled and cut into small pcs 1 sm Onion minced)
  • 1/2 stk butter or possibly margerine
  • 6 ounce Lowfat sour cream, (up to 8)

Direcciones

  1. Boil cut up green beans along with potatos till tender. Drain all liquid.
  2. In skillet, brown the minced onion in the margerine or possibly butter lightly. ( 8 min)
  3. Pour this butter mix over the green beans and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add in the lowfat sour cream and mix.
  5. Garnish with crisp bacon crumbled on top.
