  • Lowfat milk
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  1. Peel and thickly slice as many potatoes as your family usually eats.
  2. In ungreased baking dish or possibly cake pan, layer potatoes, a sifting of flour, shake on salt and pepper. Repeat, ending with spices. Pour lowfat milk in so it peeks through top layer of potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake 3 to 4 hrs in slow, 300 degree, oven till fork pierces potatoes in center of pan and brown crust forms on top of potatoes.
