- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Cream sugar, oil, and salt. Pour c. of warm water over creamed mix. Add in yeast and Large eggs; stir well. Gradually add in flour to the mix; knead dough. Place in greased bowl and let rise till doubled. Rolls can be made then, but works best after refrigerated. Roll out very thin; brush with melted butter and sprinkle on sugar, cinnamon, and raisins. Roll up and slice in 1 inch thick slices. Place in greased pan; let rise about 2 hrs; then bake at 300 degrees for about 15 min. Cover with glaze of confectioners sugar and butter.
