Ingredientes

  • 1 pound butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 8 c. flour
  • 2 Large eggs (save white for top)

Direcciones

  1. Heat lowfat milk and add in sugar. Stir till dissolved and nuts mix well. Mix dough like for pie, butter, flour, sugar, and add in egg yolks, yeast and lowfat milk, mix well. Divide dough into 8 balls. (Take 1 ball, roll out and fill with nut mix.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min till golden. Makes 8 nut rolls.
